Assistant Store Manager – Luxury Boutique at Fashion Valley Mall

About the role

Join Nespresso’s luxury boutique inside Bloomingdale’s at Fashion Valley Mall as an Assistant Store Manager. You will co‑lead the store alongside the Store Manager, driving sales, profitability, and delivering an unforgettable Nespresso experience for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead by example to coach the team and deliver the “House of Hospitality” to every customer.
• Achieve sales and service targets through daily coaching, communication, and performance evaluation.
• Motivate and develop team members, providing feedback, recognition, and growth opportunities.
• Oversee store operations, inventory, scheduling, visual merchandising, and adherence to company processes.
• Act as a coffee expert, guiding customers through tastings, product knowledge, and sustainability practices.
• Plan and execute community events to attract new customers and strengthen brand presence.
• Promote a safety‑focused culture for employees and shoppers.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in a fast‑paced or luxury retail environment.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience managing and developing direct reports.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Passion for coffee, sustainability, and the ability to educate customers.
• Flexibility to work open/close shifts, weekends, and holidays.
