About the role
The Assistant Community Manager (Lease Up) supports the Community Manager in handling the financial and operational aspects of a residential community. This full‑time position focuses on accounting, bookkeeping, and reporting tasks to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
Key responsibilities
- Collect and post rent, fees, and other payments.
- Prepare daily bank deposits and reconcile bank accounts.
- Process invoices, payables, and monthly close‑out procedures.
- Generate financial reports and monthly statements.
- Maintain accurate records using property management software.
- Assist with dispositions and account reconciliations.
Required profile
- Experience in accounting or bookkeeping within a property management environment.
- Ability to handle rent collection, invoicing, and bank reconciliations.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
