Architect Lead – K-12 Educational Design

About the role

We are seeking an Architect Lead to head our K‑12 educational design team. The role combines creative architectural design with project leadership to deliver innovative school facilities that inspire learning.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, floor plans, elevations, and 3D models for K‑12 schools.
• Manage projects from initial concept through construction administration, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, and internal designers to integrate all project requirements.
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and educational standards.
• Lead design charrettes, brainstorming sessions, and client meetings to foster collaborative solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in architectural design for educational facilities.
• Strong background in project management within the construction industry.
• Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and building codes.
• Excellent communication skills for client and team interaction.
