Application Security Engineer

As an Application Security Engineer you will work on securing complex IT infrastructures across multiple financial institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and client teams to resolve complex security incidents, perform root‑cause analysis and document preventive recommendations.
• Evaluate client IT infrastructure, produce actionable assessment reports and support due‑diligence on infrastructure maturity.
• Contribute to the design of scalable, cost‑effective security solutions and develop technical documentation for deployed systems.
• Align release schedules, execute deployments, conduct post‑deployment testing and manage version control.
• Coordinate maintenance windows, emergency fixes and technology upgrades while ensuring uninterrupted service.
• Analyze performance data, provide insights on system behavior and support capacity planning.
• Conduct security checks, recovery drills and compliance audits, implementing security measures and continuity plans.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in incident resolution and root‑cause analysis.
• Ability to work closely with client and internal stakeholders across multiple locations.
• Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail.
