About the role
This full‑time position supports a leading health laboratory by managing front‑desk activities and providing administrative assistance. The role is ideal for candidates who enjoy direct customer interaction and have basic cash‑handling experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and guide clients or patients, answering inquiries and directing them to appropriate services.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar.
- Process payments, issue invoices, and handle basic billing tasks.
- Organize orders, manage documentation, and ensure records are up to date.
- Provide general administrative support and coordinate with other departments.
Required profile
- Previous experience in customer service, reception, or administrative functions.
- Basic knowledge of cash handling, invoicing, or billing procedures.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a service‑oriented attitude.
- Organized, responsible, and able to maintain a positive attitude.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
