About the role
The International Rescue Committee’s Airbel Impact Lab is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to serve as the logistical and coordination backbone for senior leaders. This remote position supports the Chief Research & Innovation Officer and the Senior Leadership Team while also assisting the new Canada office.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a complex, high‑volume calendar for the Chief Research & Innovation Officer, anticipating needs and aligning time with organizational priorities.
- Provide executive administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team, handling competing demands with discretion and sound judgment.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reconciliation, and scheduling for senior leaders.
- Organise logistics for Advisory Board meetings, including venue, materials, and virtual platform setup.
- Deliver day‑to‑day administrative and operational support for the Canada office.
- Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and documentation for the Airbel Impact Lab.

- Proactive problem‑solver who anticipates needs and creates conditions for leaders to operate effectively.
- Strong judgment, discretion, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
- Experience providing executive‑level administrative support to senior leaders.
