Warehouse Associate – Corrugated Cardboard Recycler

About the role

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is seeking motivated Warehouse Associates to join our full‑time, permanent team. In this role you will support our customers by handling the collection and removal of corrugated cardboard gondolas across multiple facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Use a manual pallet jack to pick up full gondolas (large trash containers) and replace them with empty ones in assigned areas.
• Transport and place full corrugated cardboard gondolas into designated compactors or packers, with training provided.
• Keep the areas around all gondolas free of debris, dust, and trash.
• Sweep, mop, and maintain clean traffic pathways to ensure safety.
• Maintain order in compactor/packer zones and perform additional cleaning tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Ability to operate a manual pallet jack and lift/move gondolas up to 75 + lb.
• Capability to lift, push, pull, and transport items up to 50 lb.
• Frequent bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching both below the waist and above the head.
• Comfort standing and walking for 10‑12 hours per shift.
• Ability to read and interpret safety, operation, and maintenance documents.
