Warehouse Associate – Corrugated Cardboard Recycler

About the role

We are looking for motivated and dynamic Warehouse Associates to join our team on a permanent, full‑time basis. You will be responsible for handling corrugated cardboard gondolas, ensuring clean and safe work areas, and supporting our customers' needs across multiple facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a manual pallet jack to pick up full gondolas and replace them with empty ones in assigned zones.
• Transport and place full corrugated cardboard gondolas onto packers or compactors in designated warehouse areas (training provided).
• Keep the surroundings of all gondolas free of debris and trash.
• Dust, mop, and sweep around trash container areas to maintain clear transit pathways.
• Maintain clean and organized drill/packer/compactor zones.
• Perform additional cleaning tasks as required.

Required profile

• Ability to lift and move gondolas up to 75 lb using a manual pallet jack.
• Capability to lift, push, pull, and transport items up to 50 lb.
• Frequent bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching above head level.
• Comfort standing and walking for 10‑12 hours per shift.
• Read and interpret safety, operation, and maintenance documents.
