Warehouse Shift Lead

About the role

The Warehouse Shift Lead will supervise a cleaning and maintenance team in a fast‑paced warehouse environment. This full‑time, permanent role involves managing night and weekend shifts while ensuring safety and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team in complex, task‑oriented cleaning operations.
• Provide direct support to the Maintenance Operations Center and Field Operations teams, handling escalations promptly.
• Clean rooms, corridors, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, stairs, break rooms, and other work areas as needed.
• Follow the supervisor’s task flow diagram and maintain daily operation schedules.
• Deliver feedback on ongoing activities and implement timely escalation reporting procedures.

Required profile

• At least 1 + year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in cleaning or distribution‑center environments.
• Ability to adhere to OSHA requirements, safety guidelines, and forklift operating instructions.
• Positive, customer‑service‑oriented attitude that can motivate team members.
• Successful completion of background check and drug test.
