Team Manager – Luxury Retail (King of Prussia)

About the role

The Team Manager will support the Store Director in leading, developing and motivating the sales, operations and security teams of a Tiffany store in King of Prussia. Acting as the on‑site leader when the Director is absent, you will ensure an exceptional luxury client experience and drive commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Coach, guide and support sales and operations to meet or exceed commercial and profitability targets.
• Lead a collaborative team culture that delivers extraordinary client experiences.
• Deepen client relationships, drive client development activities and achieve sales KPIs.
• Model and coach the “Tiffany Touch” at every client interaction.
• Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor, providing real‑time feedback and support.
• Act on NPS and client feedback to continuously improve service quality.
• Attract, hire, train and retain top talent, fostering an inclusive, high‑performance environment.
• Champion operational efficiency and pursue continuous improvement initiatives.
