About the role

The Regional Sales Development Representative (RSDR) drives top‑of‑funnel growth for Wayfair Professional by identifying, engaging, and enrolling new business customers. This field‑sales role blends in‑person outreach with virtual engagement to build relationships with local decision‑makers and promote the Wayfair Professional program.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new B2B customers through research, outbound outreach, and community networking.
• Promote Wayfair Professional and store offerings to local businesses, encouraging store visits and connections with design specialists.
• Support the onboarding journey by enrolling new customers, routing them to the appropriate sales partner, and setting up early‑success appointments.
• Develop partnerships with local business associations, real‑estate professionals, and design industry groups.
• Coordinate and host in‑store events with store leadership and marketing to showcase Wayfair’s solutions.
• Act as a resource for store teams and regional customers, linking them to the right expertise for complex projects.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of outbound sales experience with a proven record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Comfortable with frequent “no” responses and skilled at navigating procurement conversations.
• Strong organizational abilities and proactive outreach habits.
• Passion for community engagement and building in‑person relationships.
