About the role
The Scaled Growth Team at TikTok drives new client acquisition through high‑impact agency partnerships across North America. As Team Lead, you will shape agency‑specific sales strategies, coach a team of Agency Partner Managers, and collaborate with cross‑functional groups to accelerate sustainable growth.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute agency‑focused sales plans in partnership with SMB leadership.
- Coach and inspire a team of Agency Partner Managers on consultative, client‑centric selling.
- Leverage internal data, market trends, and performance analysis to identify short‑ and long‑term business opportunities.
- Coordinate with Sales Operations, Product Marketing, Program Management, Analytics, and other teams to launch strategic initiatives.
- Establish best practices for client interaction, sales processes, and service delivery.
- Build scalable, repeatable processes that amplify team impact.
- Act as an external product expert, educating agencies on TikTok ad solutions and best practices.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience in online marketing, sales, agency, or product solutions.
- Proven track record of building and leading high‑performance teams.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Expert knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital/mobile marketing.
