About the role
The Global Program Manager will lead Joint Business Plans (JBPs) for a select portfolio of TikTok’s largest global advertisers. Working closely with Global Account Leads, Directors, and cross‑functional partners, you will design commercial frameworks, incentive programs, and drive execution toward measurable revenue outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Build and manage JBPs across global accounts, from commercial framework and incentive design to execution and delivery.
- Structure deal programs, define allocation logic, requirements and terms, and translate them into actionable operating plans.
- Own JBP tracking, utilization, and budget integrity, using data to steer the program.
- Collaborate with Global Account Leads, Directors, and cross‑functional teams on deal construction and growth opportunities grounded in account economics.
- Serve as the commercial program operations lead, coordinating with creative, measurement, research, product, and finance teams.
- Create GTM collateral and program materials that drive partner engagement.
- Improve systems, tools, and processes to scale JBP management across the team.
Required profile
- 5+ years in business operations, commercial strategy, revenue operations, or partnership/deal management at a platform, ad tech, agency, or media company.
- Direct experience building or managing Joint Business Plans, media deal structures, or advertiser/agency commercial programs.
- Experience partnering with sales teams and understanding consultative selling and media investment decisions.
- Strong commercial judgment and analytical ability to model utilization, account economics, and growth scenarios.
- Ability to turn ambiguous commercial goals into structured, scalable operating programs.
- Excellent communication skills and credibility to influence internal and client stakeholders.
- Comfort operating across time zones and multicultural environments.
