SU3 Assembler II – 3rd Shift Production

About the role

As an integral member of the team, you will assemble gasket plate heat exchangers, building finished products with strong manual dexterity and close attention to detail. The role requires following blueprints and standard operating procedures in a fast‑paced, 3rd‑shift environment (10 pm – 6:30 am).

Key responsibilities

• Receive daily work assignments and execute production using SOPs and blueprints.
• Report safety, quality, parts, or equipment deviations to status boards and update the team leader.
• Participate actively in daily status board meetings, explain deviations and propose solutions.
• Identify waste elimination opportunities and drive Kaizen improvements.
• Maintain 5S standards through daily and weekly routines.
• Operate industrial vehicles (crane, forklift, joey) after training and lift raw materials or finished goods.

Required profile

• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and follow blueprints and SOPs.
• Willingness to engage in continuous‑improvement activities such as Kaizen and 5S.
• Commitment to safety and proper use of personal protective equipment.

Required skills

• Use of hand and power tools.
• Blueprint reading.
• Industrial vehicle operation (crane, forklift, joey).
• Quality documentation and data recording.
