Maintenance Technician – Facility & Equipment Support

About the role

We are looking for a maintenance professional who ensures the operation of company facilities and equipment, performs preventive and corrective maintenance, supports rebuilding and implementation of new machinery, and provides first‑line support for machine problems.

Key responsibilities

• Check and repair equipment using pneumatic, hydraulic pressure and high‑tech machines.
• Maintain a clear view of equipment status and initiate spare‑parts requisitions in advance.
• Lead regular maintenance of assigned equipment and direct operators in daily service tasks.
• Identify problems promptly, troubleshoot faults, and eliminate hidden equipment hazards.
• Assist with maintenance of special equipment such as crane, forklift and pressure vessels.
• Clean tools and perform preventive maintenance on pressing and cutting tools.
• Execute production work according to ALPS standards and contribute to continuous improvement.
