Site Manager II – Food Processing Sanitation

About the role

The Site Manager II leads a dedicated sanitation team in a food‑processing environment, ensuring rigorous cleanliness and hygiene standards that protect product quality and consumer safety. This position is pivotal in shaping industry‑leading sanitation practices and delivering operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and implement operational strategies to meet performance, safety, timeliness, and budget goals.
• Supervise and direct the sanitation crew’s daily activities.
• Manage site expenditures, labor, supplies, and chemicals to stay within approved budgets and meet P&L targets.
• Bill customers accurately for services rendered.
• Evaluate sanitation processes, identify cost‑saving opportunities, and document recommendations with supporting financial data.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising sanitation or operations teams in a food‑processing setting.
• Strong budgeting and financial management skills.
• Ability to analyze processes and drive cost‑efficiency improvements.
• Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
