Shuttle Driver / Front Desk Agent - Embassy Suites

About the role

Embassy Suites by Hilton, an all-suites hotel brand with over 260 locations worldwide, is hiring a full-time, on-site Shuttle Driver/Front Desk Agent in Ontario, CA. The team member handles front desk operations and drives hotel vehicles to transport guests.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-in and check-out processes
• Answer guest questions and resolve concerns in a timely, professional way
• Coordinate reservations and handle payments
• Maintain accurate guest records in the property management system
• Drive hotel vehicles safely to transport guests to and from designated locations
• Assist with luggage and provide a friendly, efficient transportation experience
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to support a smooth guest journey

Required profile

• Proficiency in front office and receptionist duties, including check-in and check-out
• Strong customer service skills focused on hospitality and guest satisfaction
• Effective verbal and written communication with guests and team members
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; must have a clean record
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Basic computer skills and experience with hotel or reservation systems preferred
• Previous hotel front office, customer service or hospitality experience is beneficial
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift luggage and move safely around vehicles and the hotel
