Front Desk Agent & Driver

About the role

The Front Desk Agent & Driver will manage guest interactions at the front desk and provide safe transportation for guests to and from designated locations. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Ontario, CA and supports a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, handle check‑in and check‑out procedures, and resolve guest inquiries promptly.
• Process reservations, payments, and maintain accurate guest records in the property management system.
• Operate hotel vehicles safely to transport guests, assist with luggage, and ensure a friendly transportation experience.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to coordinate guest services and ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in front office or receptionist duties within hospitality.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to operate hotel vehicles safely.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with hotel or reservation systems (preferred).
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift luggage, and move safely around vehicles and hotel premises.
