Senior Recruitment Consultant

About the role

Remote People is expanding into the US market and seeks a Senior Recruitment Consultant to launch and grow the business. You will lead business development, manage end‑to‑end recruitment, and build the company’s US presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to acquire new US clients and maintain long‑lasting relationships.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates on job boards, LinkedIn and referrals to placement.
• Act as primary contact for clients and candidates, providing market insights and ensuring a great candidate experience.
• Promote the Remote People brand in the US and contribute to strategic decisions for regional growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment or staffing experience, preferably agency‑based.
• Proven business development and client acquisition success.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a results‑oriented, self‑starter attitude.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proficiency with recruitment technologies and remote sourcing tools.
