Senior Immunology Sales Specialist – Dermatology

About the role

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Senior Immunology Sales Specialist focused on Dermatology to drive sales and build relationships with healthcare professionals in the Hartford, CT territory.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales objectives by presenting complex clinical and business information on Janssen Biotech immunology products to dermatology professionals and related stakeholders.
• Execute franchise and brand strategies, influencing decision‑makers within specialty practices, hospitals, clinics and pharmacies.
• Develop and maintain customer loyalty by cultivating relationships with key local decision‑makers.
• Implement local marketing tactics, collaborating with internal teams to enhance business results.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory.
• Minimum of three years of direct selling experience to healthcare professionals in pharma, biotech, device or related industries.
• Residency in or willingness to relocate to the Hartford area.

Required skills

• Experience selling injectable/infused products.
• Working knowledge of immunology and dermatology.
• Ability to navigate complex reimbursement issues.
• Demonstrated commitment to learning emerging technologies such as AI.
