Sales Analyst – Central Region

About the role
The Sales Analyst supports the Central Region sales division by turning data into actionable insights. Working closely with sales leaders, the analyst helps shape business planning, performance evaluation, and growth strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Perform data analysis and generate standardized and ad‑hoc reports using PowerBI, SAP WebIntelligence, and Excel.
- Develop analytic presentations and deliver insights on sales metrics, customer behavior, and market trends.
- Research market dynamics, conduct GAP and competitor analysis, and identify revenue‑growth opportunities.
- Prepare Quarterly Business Reviews, “Top to Top” decks, and other business review materials.
- Collaborate with leaders on business plans, track initiatives, and create sales‑performance dashboards.
- Partner with revenue‑management and demand‑planning teams on pricing models and inventory optimization.
- Produce sales materials, manage goal‑setting processes, and administer sales incentive plans.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business analytics, business planning, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong results orientation with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
