Retail Team Lead

About the role

Louis Vuitton’s Orlando store is looking for a motivated, client‑centric Team Lead to support the Store Manager and help drive sales excellence. You will act as a brand ambassador, coach team members, and ensure every client enjoys an exceptional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor, achieving personal targets while helping the team meet theirs.
• Develop and expand a personal client portfolio and encourage repeat visits.
• Maintain a visible presence on the floor, ensuring service standards and visual merchandising are upheld.
• Provide consistent coaching, identify development needs, and create personalized action plans for team members.
• Assist in talent recruitment, development, and succession planning in partnership with store leadership.
• Serve as the point of contact for the Corporate Merchandising team, sharing product performance insights and market trends.

Required profile

• Strong retail sales background with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering outstanding client service.
• Ability to motivate and develop a diverse team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Commitment to upholding brand values and fostering an inclusive workplace.

• Hourly rate between $38 and $42.
