About the role

The Repair & Maintenance Technician with Electrical License ensures the overall upkeep of guestrooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces at Fairmont El San Juan Hotel, delivering a well‑maintained and attractive environment for guests.

Key responsibilities

Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and carpentry systems.
Respond to guest and staff service requests promptly and efficiently.
Maintain safety standards and compliance with Puerto Rico electrical licensing requirements.

Required profile

High school, vocational or technical school graduate.
5‑6 years of progressive maintenance experience in a hotel or related field.
Fluency in English and Spanish.
Valid Puerto Rico Electrical License.
