About the role
The Regional Sales Trainer will deliver on‑site training across multiple locations, focusing on refining the sales process and elevating the customer experience for Tesla Advisors. Reporting to the Regional Manager and working closely with the Learning & Development team, the role supports Tesla’s mission to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Territory Directors, Regional Sales Managers and the Training Team to identify training needs and co‑create site‑specific learning plans.
- Conduct in‑depth assessments of sales skills, delivering tailored on‑site training and coaching to influence key performance indicators.
- Provide coaching that reinforces the Tesla sales process, systems, and a customer‑centric approach.
- Report observed behaviors, coaching opportunities and actionable recommendations to the Training and Leadership Teams.
- Maintain expert knowledge of Tesla products, processes and tools.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a top‑ranking Tesla Advisor (TA3 level or higher) with a strong track record of performance.
- Passion for creating exceptional, customer‑centric experiences.
- Ability to coach, develop team members and lead complex problem‑solving initiatives.
- Strong collaborative skills to partner with regional leadership and cross‑functional teams.
- Valid driver’s license for the country of employment; passport preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Suite.
- Experience using learning technologies for training delivery.
