Pharmacy Manager – Infusion & LTC Pharmacy (Pharmacist in Charge)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to lead a fast‑growing home infusion and long‑term care pharmacy in Tyler, Texas. This hands‑on leadership position blends daily workflow participation with strategic oversight of a clinical team.

Key responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of a high‑volume infusion pharmacy, balancing staffing and leadership duties (approximately 80% staffing, 20% leadership).
• Oversee and optimize pharmacy automation and state‑of‑the‑art dispensing systems.
• Provide strong operational and technical support to ensure efficient, safe medication delivery.
• Manage on‑call responsibilities and support clinical decision‑making.
• Collaborate with a growing clinical team to enhance patient care services.

Required profile

• Active pharmacist license in Texas or eligibility for licensure.
• Experience in home infusion or clinical infusion pharmacy settings.
• Prior leadership or PIC experience preferred.
