Payroll Administrator

About the role

The Payroll Administrator will join a growing cybersecurity firm to manage payroll operations for U.S. and international staff. This full‑time position offers a hybrid work model, combining on‑site collaboration with remote flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Process regular payroll for U.S. and global employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding paychecks, taxes, deductions, direct deposits, and garnishments.
• Audit payroll data, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
• Support onboarding and offboarding payroll activities.
• Maintain payroll records and data integrity across HRIS and payroll systems.
• Handle payroll adjustments, off‑cycle payments, and special payroll requests.
• Ensure compliance with applicable payroll regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with People and Finance teams to resolve payroll issues.
• Assist with year‑end activities, including W‑2 distribution.

Required profile

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business, or related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in payroll, HR operations, or accounting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
