Part‑Time Flexible Sales Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Part‑Time Flexible Sales Associate to join Pandora at Tanger Outlets Savannah. You will be the face of the brand, delivering a world‑class experience to our fans and supporting store operations during peak periods.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers with product knowledge and inspire them to style Pandora jewellery.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets by building genuine connections.
• Provide exceptional service during evenings, weekends, holidays and other high‑traffic times.
• Maintain merchandising standards and ensure smooth retail operations.
• Step in as needed to support the team during busy periods.

Required profile

• Results‑oriented with a passion for sales and customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• At least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identity and work eligibility.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50 + pounds.
