Retail Sales Associate – Outlet Store

About the role

Join Levi’s® Outlet Store in Pooler, GA as a Retail Sales Associate. You will be the face of the brand, delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sales in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate deep knowledge of Levi Strauss & Co. history, heritage, and product lines.
• Provide outstanding customer service using the 3C’s: Connect, Consult, Close.
• Achieve daily store and individual sales targets.
• Handle cash transactions in line with store guidelines.
• Support stock associates with merchandise replenishment, security tagging, and floor presentation.
• Assist with pricing, inventory counts, and visual merchandising standards.

Required profile

• Flexible schedule for evenings and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb and stand, walk, squat, bend for extended periods.
• Minimum 1 year of customer‑service experience (preferred).
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
