About the role
Entro is looking for an Office Coordinator to join its New York office. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will keep daily operations running smoothly while supporting the General Manager, Creative Directors, Project Directors and other team members.
Key responsibilities
- Provide direct administrative and office‑management support to senior staff.
- Answer, screen and redirect inbound telephone calls and general inquiries.
- Manage inbound and outbound mail, packages, courier services and priority correspondence.
- Maintain office supply inventory, place orders and ensure a tidy, presentable workspace.
- Assist with planning internal and external events, including catering coordination.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks and keep the office contact database up to date.
- Troubleshoot or escalate office administration issues as needed.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in business administration or a related field.
- Relevant experience supporting an administrative team is preferred.
- Professional handling of confidential information.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency in Google Suite.
