About the role
The Merchandising Specialist ensures the sales floor and showroom are well‑stocked, organized, and visually appealing. You will greet customers, assist them in locating merchandise, and support the store’s overall sales preparation and presentation.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers on the sales floor and direct them to merchandise or a parts specialist.
- Check in, price, and display new stock, keeping the floor fully stocked and fronted.
- Update planograms, change displays, apply price labels, and manage sale signage.
- Perform stock adjustments, cycle counts, and handle overstock returns.
- Assist the manager with weekly inventory and merchandising tasks.
- Occasionally operate as a cashier or drive a delivery vehicle when needed.
Required profile
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to read, write, and match numbers and letters accurately.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Team‑oriented attitude and willingness to collaborate.
