Maintenance Technician - Downtown Denver

About the role
The Maintenance Technician ensures that the physical aspects of Greystar’s properties, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet the company’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality.
Key responsibilities
- Complete assigned work orders generated from resident requests, diagnosing the source or cause of defects and performing repairs in line with policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
- Perform preventative maintenance on the property to keep systems operating efficiently.
- Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, and coordinating vendors and contractors.
Required profile
- Ability to respond to resident service requests and complete work orders promptly.
- Capability to conduct inspections, identify maintenance needs, and schedule appropriate repairs.
- Willingness to follow established safety procedures and regulatory codes.
