Leasing Professional – Los Angeles

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to join its Los Angeles community team. You will be responsible for driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through effective marketing, leasing, and renewal activities.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and showcase available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Manage lease renewals and maintain resident relationships to promote retention.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies that meet occupancy targets.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of leasing experience in a residential or property‑management setting (preferred).
• Availability to work weekends as needed.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and excellent communication skills.
