Leasing Professional – Habitat Residences

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for the Habitat Residences community in Los Angeles. You will be responsible for driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention through proactive leasing and exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and show available apartments.
• Process applications, lease agreements, and renewals in accordance with company policies.
• Coordinate marketing and leasing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Maintain resident satisfaction throughout the lease term and address any concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with the property management team to ensure smooth move‑in and move‑out processes.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of leasing experience, preferably in affordable housing or sales.
• Proficiency with Yardi leasing software.
• Availability to work Wednesday through Sunday on a lease‑up property with approximately 260 units.
