Leasing Professional – Community Marketing & Resident Retention

About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies for a residential community, aiming to meet occupancy, revenue and resident‑retention targets. The role involves guiding prospective residents through the leasing process, ensuring a smooth move‑in experience, and maintaining high satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours and show available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages and oversee the signing process.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in to confirm they are ready for occupancy and schedule any necessary preparations.
• Coordinate marketing and renewal activities to achieve community occupancy and revenue goals.
• Provide ongoing resident support to encourage lease renewals and high retention rates.

Required profile

• Full‑time availability.
• Ability to perform all sales and leasing activities listed above.
• Strong attention to detail for apartment inspections and lease documentation.
