Junior DevOps Engineer – Azure & Cloud Automation

About the role

Wilcore Technologies is seeking a Junior DevOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines for modern government applications. The role is fully remote and focuses on Azure environments, automation, monitoring, and secure delivery practices.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and manage Azure cloud resources and infrastructure-as-code.
• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
• Implement containerization solutions with Docker and Kubernetes (AKS preferred).
• Integrate monitoring tools such as Datadog, Azure Monitor, or Dynatrace.
• Apply DevSecOps practices, including security scans and compliance checks.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure reliable, scalable, and resilient applications.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or infrastructure automation.
• Authorized to work in the United States; some roles may require U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a federal background check or security clearance.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.

• Infrastructure‑as‑code: Terraform, ARM templates, Bicep.
