Full-Time Private Duty RN/LVN for Teen in Tyler

About the role

Pediatric Home Service is seeking a full‑time RN or LVN to provide 1:1 home health care for a 14‑year‑old client with a tracheostomy and gastrostomy tube. The position offers 24‑hour coverage with rotating day and night shifts, allowing you to make a direct impact on a child’s health and family life.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care in the client’s home, including monitoring vitals and medication administration.
• Manage tracheostomy, ventilator, and gastrostomy tube care according to best practices.
• Document care activities accurately and communicate updates to the family and healthcare team.
• Provide education and support to family members on equipment use and emergency procedures.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for the client.

Required profile

• Current RN or LVN license in Texas.
• Willingness to work flexible day and night shifts.
• Compassionate, patient‑focused attitude with a desire to learn.
• Pediatric experience is a plus but not required.
