About the role

The Foreign Attorney joins the Office of General Counsel to provide legal support for global corporate and program operations. This role focuses on non‑U.S. law matters, corporate governance, contract management, and cross‑border litigation.

Key responsibilities

  • Draft, review and manage contracts, corporate governance documents, and insurance agreements.
  • Provide legal analysis on non‑U.S. legal issues and prepare memoranda for U.S.‑licensed attorneys.
  • Oversee foreign‑court litigation, manage outside counsel, and maintain a litigation tracker.
  • Support corporate entity management, including filings, minute books, and tax filings for subsidiaries.
  • Maintain trademark registrations, charitable solicitation licenses, and compliance calendars.

Required profile

  • Admitted to practice law in a jurisdiction outside the United States.
  • 3–5 years of experience as an attorney practicing abroad in a law firm, in‑house, or comparable setting.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.

Required skills

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Experience using SharePoint for document management.
