About the role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Finance Operations Analyst to join our Real Estate Financial Planning & Analysis team. This hybrid, contract position supports high‑volume invoice processing, compliance tracking, and accurate financial reporting for real‑estate projects.
Key responsibilities
- Review and process exterior building signage invoices, ensuring correct coding and timely payment.
- Partner with vendors and internal teams to resolve invoice discrepancies and maintain tracking logs.
- Maintain project cost and spend logs using Excel and internal reporting tools.
- Code payments within Oracle, correct errors, and escalate issues to management.
- Support year‑end accruals, special project invoices, and compliance‑related documentation.
Required profile
- 8+ years of finance or accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial controls.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills; able to work independently.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience using Oracle.
- Familiarity with DocuSign.
