Field Sales Representative – Diesel Engine & Power Generation

About the role

The Outside Sales Representative will drive growth and achieve revenue targets within the industrial, marine, and power generation markets. This full‑time position focuses on regional sales of engineered systems, products, and services across the Northeast or Midwest United States.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and close business opportunities in the marine and power generation sectors.
• Expand the client base through consultative selling and early positioning.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline, evaluate inquiries, and keep accurate opportunity records.
• Deliver technical sales presentations and demonstrations to key decision‑makers.
• Represent the company at industry trade shows and conferences.
• Manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and address feedback.

Required profile

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven success in outside sales with a strong track record of identifying and capturing opportunities.
• Experience in marine and/or power generation markets.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 50‑60%.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
