About the role
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our moving company team in New Jersey. The role involves handling customer inquiries, coordinating moving schedules, and ensuring a smooth, positive experience throughout the moving process.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner.
- Schedule and coordinate moving services, pickups, and deliveries.
- Communicate moving dates, pricing, and updates to customers.
- Coordinate with drivers, movers, and internal operations teams.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and maintain accurate records.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in moving, logistics, transportation, or home‑services.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
Required skills
- Basic computer proficiency, especially Microsoft Office.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
