About the role

As a Customer Service Representative at TradesApp, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will handle inquiries, process orders, and provide accurate information across multiple communication channels, ensuring a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

Answer customer questions via phone, email, and chat.
Process orders and manage related documentation.
Provide clear and accurate information about products and services.
Troubleshoot issues and offer appropriate resolutions.
Maintain records of interactions, including sales, comments, and complaints.

Required profile

Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
Strong time‑management skills and a customer‑focused attitude.

Required skills

Proficiency with CRM software.
