Customer Astonishment Representative (Part‑Time)

About the role

Elite Dance Academy is looking for a friendly, energetic individual to be the first point of contact for families and students. Working evenings on Mondays, you will help create a welcoming environment and support enrollment in classes, camps and events.

Key responsibilities

• Greet families and students with warmth and enthusiasm in person, by phone, text and email
• Answer questions about class schedules, pricing and studio policies
• Assist new families in selecting appropriate classes and register them for programs
• Provide studio tours and explain the academy’s offerings
• Support enrollment into additional programs and special events
• Resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Communicate studio updates clearly to families
• Maintain a tidy lobby and customer areas
• Perform daily administrative tasks and follow‑up activities

Required profile

• Enjoys talking with people and making them feel welcome
• Organized, detail‑oriented and able to juggle multiple priorities
• Professional communication skills both in person and in writing
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic and team spirit
• Comfortable recommending programs that best fit each child
• Quick learner of new technology and systems
