Corporate Solutions Insights Manager – Latin America & Caribbean

About the role

The Corporate Solutions Insights Manager will support Mastercard’s growth priorities across Latin America and the Caribbean. Reporting to the Head of Insights & Execution, the role partners closely with regional teams to develop data‑driven strategies that accelerate market expansion and improve client experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Create LAC‑wide market intelligence through research, analysis, and data‑driven insights.
• Provide analytical support to senior leadership for strategic initiative development and execution.
• Design and implement growth acceleration plans for priority markets.
• Monitor macro‑economic trends and collaborate with sales and strategy functions.
• Assist sales teams in building client pitch decks, relationship reviews, and compelling narratives.
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and client satisfaction metrics.
• Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to identify emerging business needs.

Required profile

• Strategic‑mindset with proven experience in growth acceleration strategy.
• Strong background in client and market research, especially within B2B payments.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and presentations.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with senior management.
