About the role
We are looking for a professional Corporate Receptionist to join our Midtown Manhattan office on a full‑time, onsite basis. You will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front‑office experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and escort clients, visitors, and staff; manage lobby access.
- Answer, route, and handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly.
- Set up conference rooms, provide basic A/V support, and coordinate with IT for equipment issues.
- Support internal meetings and events, including catering setup, furniture reconfiguration, and pantry/kitchen upkeep.
- Maintain breakroom supplies, monitor inventory, and ensure cleanliness of shared areas.
Required profile
- 2‑5+ years of reception or office coordination experience in a corporate or professional services environment.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle administrative and event‑related tasks efficiently.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
