About the role

The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences is seeking a Contingent Worker to provide server support within its IT department. This contractor role will be performed under the direction of a third‑party provider and will support the institution’s education, research, and clinical programs.

Key responsibilities

• Perform server maintenance and troubleshooting tasks as assigned.
• Assist with monitoring and ensuring server availability.
• Collaborate with internal IT staff and third‑party personnel.
• Document incidents and resolutions.
