Head of Cybersecurity

About the role

We are seeking a Head of Cybersecurity to lead our technical programme delivery and protect our digital assets. In this senior position you will shape the security strategy, influence long‑term tactical decisions and ensure that our customers receive secure solutions on time.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the cybersecurity roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to design, implement and monitor security controls.
• Coach and mentor less‑experienced staff, providing informal supervision and guidance.
• Identify complex security challenges, analyse root causes and propose effective solutions.
• Collaborate with other functions to mitigate risks that extend beyond the security domain.

Required profile

• Extensive professional knowledge in cybersecurity and related disciplines.
• Proven ability to work independently within a broad framework and make decisions with clear authority.
• Strong influence skills to contribute to departmental planning and long‑term strategy.
• Experience coaching and developing talent within a technical team.
