About the role

The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences is seeking a Contingent Worker to provide server support within its IT department. This contractor role will be performed under the direction of a third‑party provider and will support the institution’s education, research, and clinical programs.

Key responsibilities

Perform server maintenance and troubleshooting tasks as assigned.
Assist with monitoring and ensuring server availability.
Collaborate with internal IT staff and third‑party personnel.
Document incidents and resolutions.
Adhere to university security and compliance policies.

Required profile

Must be authorized to work in the United States on the first day of employment.
Must be fully vaccinated against COVID‑19 or have an approved medical or religious exemption.
Must meet qualifications set by the third‑party contractor.
