Community Manager – Arlow at Blue Ridge

About the role

The Community Manager will oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Arlow at Blue Ridge property in Raleigh, NC. This position is responsible for managing the on‑site team, ensuring financial performance, and maintaining compliance with all relevant housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily property operations, team members, and resources to meet budgeted financial and operational goals.
• Develop and monitor budgets, analyze financial statements, and prepare monthly financial status reports.
• Collect rent, process payments, make bank deposits, and ensure timely posting of fees.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and coordinate with accounting and owners.
• Control expenditures within approved budgets and manage petty cash.
• Oversee lease enforcement, including application approvals, renewals, inspections, evictions, and collection of late fees.
• Monitor market and economic trends that could impact property performance.

Required profile

• Experience managing a multifamily property or similar real‑estate asset.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other housing regulations.
• Proven ability to analyze financial data and control operating budgets.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills for vendor and resident interactions.
