Leasing Professional – Mid‑Rise Community (Raleigh, NC)

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal efforts for Mira, a new mid‑rise community in Raleigh, NC. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective and current residents, ensuring a seamless leasing experience and high resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and showcase apartment units.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and coordinate smooth resident move‑ins.
• Drive occupancy and revenue goals through proactive leasing activities.
• Manage renewal strategies to retain existing residents and achieve lease renewal targets.
• Inspect apartments and coordinate with maintenance to ensure unit readiness.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and report on key performance metrics.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work Monday‑Friday with rotating weekend availability.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of handling multiple leasing tasks simultaneously.
• Prior experience in residential leasing or property management preferred.
