Leasing Professional – Mira Community

About the role

Join Greystar’s Mira community in Raleigh as a Leasing Professional. You will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction by managing the full leasing cycle from prospecting to move‑in and lease renewal.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and showcase apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate any maintenance needs, and ensure apartments are ready for residents.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform short‑ and long‑term marketing strategies.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity, and manage resident data.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work Monday‑Friday, 9 am‑6 pm, with rotating weekend coverage.
